제목 Fabrication of york-shell type SERS active nanoprobes forbio-applications
초록 A great deal of scientific and technical attention has been placed on surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) owing to its potential utility as an ultrasensitive tool for the detection of biological and chemical analytes. Herein, we aimed to synthesis york-shell structured SERS active nanoparticles (NPs) by self-templated method of hollow structure. This method provides simultaneous core-dissolution and shell-growth process, and therefore, the aggregation of silver NPs was systematically induced. This new type of SERS nanoprobe exhibited highly enhanced SERS signals due to the localized electromagnetic field of induced aggregation of silver NPs.
