제목 Semi-IPN membranes composed of ketone sulfonated poly(arylene ether ketone) block copolymer and organosiloxane based hybrid network for PEMFC
초록 A semi-IPN membrane is prepared from the sulfonated poly (arylene ether ketone) block copolymer and organosiloxane based organic/inorganic hybrid network. The organosiloxane network is synthesized from 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysiane and 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid. The block sPAEK and GPTMS/HEDPA solutions were mixed together to prepare a series of mixtures with different organosiloxane concentrations of 12, 16, 20, and 24 wt%. The chemical structure of the polymers and the semi-IPN membrane was identified using attenuated total reflection Fourier transforms infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy and the molecular weights were measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The ionic cluster dimension was confirmed by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).
