Simulated body fluid (SBF) is a powerful method to optimize the microenvironment for stem cell osteogenesis. As previously reported, patterned nanofibrous membrane is able to increase the average size of pore and improve the liquid penetration. For this reason, patterned nanofibrous membrane will show the large distribution of calcium phosphate, sodium chloride and potassium chloride. In this study, we have investigated how to enhance the coating efficiency of SBF with pattern-structured nanofiber. To demonstrate the improvement of coating efficiency, we cultured the human adipose derived stromal cell(ASCs) on patterned/non-patterned nanofibrous membrane under the osteogenic differentiation media. |
