제목 SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 NANOPARTICLES BY HYDROTHERMAL PROCESS
초록 The nanosized (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 particles were prepared under high temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 powders were obtained in the temperature range of 150℃-210℃ for 6 h. The average size of the synthesized particles increased with reaction temperature increased. The average size of the synthesized particles was about 20 nm. The crystalline phase of the synthesized particles was found to be (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 ceramics derived from the nano BNT powders could achieve high sintering density at a relatively low sintering temperature.
