제목 The phase behavior of mixtures of two homopolymers with a block
초록 Phase behavior of mixtures consisting of polystyrene (PS) and poly(n-pentyl methacrylate) (PnPMA) with different amounts of PS-b-PnPMA are investigated by using turbidity and small angle light scattering. The PS/PnPMA blends without PS-b-PnPMA exhibited the combination UCST and LCST occurring at lower and higher temperatures. With increasing amounts of the block copolymer, the miscibility windows become wide, namely, UCST decreases whereas LCST increases. The increased miscibility was also elaborated by small angle neutron scattering measurements from which temperature dependence of the Flory-Huggins interaction parameter (c) in homogeneous temperature regimes is obtained.
