제목 Microphase Separation and Crystallization in Methyl methacrylate-pentafluorostyrene-methyl methacrylate Triblock Copolymer/Poly(vinylidene fluoride) Blends
초록 PMMA-PPFS-PMMA which had a 0.66 wt fraction of the PMMA was mixed with a low molecular weight PVDF. The microstructure of the blends was investigated as a function of fraction of PVDF by small-angle X-ray scattering and transmission electron microscopy. The morphological change from a lamellar to a PPFS-sphere occurred with increasing PVDF content. The blends with 30 wt % PVDF had a higher ordered lamellar structure at 180 ℃ due to the increase of the mobility of PMMA chain induced by the lower Tg component such as PVDF melt. For the blends with ≥ 50 wt % PVDF, visible PVDF crystallites were observed with small-angle light scattering and polarized optical microscopy. The crystallization rate of PVDF in the blends was slower than that of neat PVDF. It indicates that the microstructure of the blends provided spatial constraint to crystal growth.
