Direct preparation of Quasi-2D graphene from pitch-based carbon fibers through solvent exfoliation |
초록 |
Carbon nanomaterials have been received great research interests because of their unique properties such as thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and mechanical strength. In this study, quasi-2D graphene was prepared from sonication of pitch-based carbon fiber (p-CF) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). Prepared quasi-2D graphene showed low sheet resistance less than 1.2X104 ohm/sq and revealed lateral dimension of hundred nanometers with low thickness less than 3 nm. As a result, Quasi-2D graphene made form pitch-based carbon fiber can be excellent graphene analogue with promising electrical performance. |
