제목 MoO2 with PTAA Binder Layer as Hole Transport Layer for Metal Halide Perovskite by Spray Coating Process​
초록 ​Molybdenum dioxide (MoO2) has been extensively demonstrated as attractive inorganic hole transporting materials for perovskite solar cells owing to their good electrical conductivity and high stability. In this work, MoO2 colloidal nanoparticles were prepared by solvothermal reduction cracking using commercially available MoO3 powder. Furthermore, the MoO2 colloidal dispersion was deposited by spray coating process with poly- (triarylamine) (PTAA) binders to be used as the hole transporting layer for metal halide perovskite solar cells. The PTAA molecules would act as interconnecting bridges between MoO2 nanoparticles and enhance the packing and reliable contact of the MoO2 layer. We expect that the uniform MoO2 with PTAA binders layer enhance electrical properties such as higher conductivity and stronger charge extraction capabilities than pristine MoO2 films.​
