제목 Extrusion-based ceramic 3d printing of core/shell tunnel-shaped structure using photo-curing
초록 Additive manufacturing techniques and especially 3d printing allow fabrication of complex-shaped and customized objects. In this study, we fabricated the three-dimensional tunnel-shaped structure by extruding feedstock including ceamic content through coaxial nozzle which can provide core/shell structures, followed by polymerization of monomers with UV light. Compared to other AM techniques such as FDM and stereolithography technique, critical advantage of this method is fabrication of free-standing structure which requires no support materials because of high shape retention ability of slurry and in situ fast solidification. The ceramic slurry(sheel) which envelops carbon solution(core) contains ceramic powder, photocurable monomers and photoinitiator. After extruding and polymerizaiton of feedstock, objects are sintered in air at high temperature in which the core carbon solution burnout occurs, then hollow structures are formed with predetermined wall shape and thickness.
