제목 Immobilization and Electrochemical Redox of Cytochrome c on Fullerene Nanohybrid TiO2-Gel Layer
초록 The direct electrochemistry of biologically important proteins such as metalloproteins and metalloenzymes has been intensively investigated due to its important in theoretical and practical applications such as biological systems, biosensing, biofuel and bioelectronic systems. However, it is generally difficult for proteins and enzymes to electron transfer with electrodes, because they have complex structure. So, various modified electrodes using mediators and promoters were proposed to investigate its direct electrochemistry. In this study, Metal oxide nanohybrid materials using fullerene were examined via the surface sol-gel process and used for surface immobilization and direct electrochemical property investigation of Cyt. c.
