Molecular Imprinted TiO2 Gel Nanofilm : Thickness Effect for Improved Binding and Selectivity |
초록 |
Molecular imprinting is a representative technique to memorize shapes and functionalities of given molecules in appropriate polymer matrices. Over the last several years, we have studied the molecular imprinting for the recognition of target organic molecules in ultrathin TiO2 gel films that were fabricated by the surface sol-gel process and spin-coating method. Very recently, we have applied a spin-coating method to the development of the 1-OHP-imprinted TiO2 gel nanofilms with high selectivity. In this study, we examined one important factor that was considered essential in the practical applications. That is to find optimal film thickness for improved binding and selectivity. In particular, this system would be of interests for applications such as sensors and separation of materials. |
