제목 Rb2CO3-decorated In2O3 sensor for visible light-enhanced NO2 sensing of ppb level at room temperature
초록 Rb2CO3-decorated In2O3 sensor was fabricated by conventional co-precipitation, impregnation, and bar-coating methods. Gas-sensing properties of the sensor were examined toward ppb level NO2 target gas at 25 oC under the visible light with different wavelengths and intensities. The results revealed that the sensor can detect NO2 to down 150 ppb with high selectivity, stability and linearity in blue light exposure condition with an intensity of 160 µW/cm2. However, the effect of the humidity on the sensor needs to be solved for practical application. The gas-sensing mechanism of the Rb2CO3-decorated In2O3 sensor under visible light is also further discussed.
