제목 SILAR-based ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles for a relative humidity sensor
초록 Humidity sensors are widespread in many industrial applications, ranging from environmental and meteorological monitoring, soil water content determination in agriculture, air conditioning systems, food quality monitoring, and medical equipment to many other fields. Thus, an accurate, reliable, and economical humidity sensor is of paramount importance. Herein, ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles are synthesized and deposited directly onto alumina substrate by SILAR method. Remarkable response, fast response/recovery time, linearity, repeatability, and selectivity are observed showing a high performance of ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles for a humidity sensor. We also discuss the origin of sensing performance and mechanism of humidity sensor.
