제목 Nitrogen- and Sulfur- Hetero atoms Enriched Bio-mass Carbon for High-Energy Ultracapacitors
초록  High energy and long cycle ultracapacitors employing green and sustainable electrode materials have a great importance in next-generation storage devices. Herein, we study the waste watermelon seed derived porous carbon enriched with nitrogen and sulfur hetero atoms for high energy ultracapacitors employing high voltage non-aqueous electrolyte. The green capacitors can achieve a high energy density of 79 Wh kg-1 along with a power density of ~22.5 kW kg-1. Furthermore, the ultracapacitors are extremely stable even when tested under high temperature conditions with an ultra-low energy loss.
