Improved Insulation Performance of Polyolefin Elastomer(POE) with Aerogel Extracted from Rice Husk. |
초록 |
The insulation rubber improved insulation performance is fabricated by polyolefin elastomer(POE) with aerogel synthesized from rice husk. The contents of aerogel in POE is a major experimental factor to affect insulation property of the rubber. The aerogel in this study is synthesized from the silicate solution obtained by leaching of rice husk. Comparing with the conventional process for an aerogel, the synthesis method in this study was conducted by a modification of silica hydrogel surface and dry at ambient pressure, drawing efficient and economical advantages. The characterization of POE samples containing the aerogel was analyzed by TMA, TGA, SEM, tensile tester and the thermal conductivity was computed from density (ρ), heat capacity(Cp) and thermal diffusivity by thermal wave method.
