Flexible thermoelectric devices can be potentially used for flexible cooling and energy harvesting from nonflat heat sources and human body heat. However, the development of flexible thermoelectric materials with excellent thermoelectric performances is still very challenging. In this presentation, a simple, cost-effective, and scalable solution process is reported for the fabrication of flexible high-performance thermoelectric carbon nanotube-based hybrid films. Flexible thermoelectric generators with the hybrid films for an efficient energy harvesting from the vertical temperature difference are also reported. |
