Thermosensitive poly(organophosphazenes) with α-amino-ω-methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol) (AMPEG), L-isoleucine ethyl ester and glycyl-glycine allyl ester have been synthesized. Deprotection of allyl ester groups of the poly(organophosphazenes) gave thermosensitive polymer gels with free carboxylic acid groups. The poly(organophosphazene) gels were characterized by means of 1H-, 31P-NMR spectrascopies and GPC. Gelation property of the polymers were affected by several factors such as the composition of substituents, the chain length of AMPEG, and the concentration of the polymer solutions. |
