Anticancer Drug Release from Biodegradable Thermosensitive Poly(organophosphazene) Gels |
초록 |
The new anticancer therapy using localized hydrogel-based drug delivery system was to improve bioavailability and to increase the therapeutic efficacy. We have been synthesized biodegaradable thermosensitive poly(organophosphazene) gels bearing α-amino-ω-methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol), L-isoleucine ethyl ester and glycine lactate ethyl ester as side groups. The poly(organophosphazene) gels were characterized by means of 1H-, 31P-NMR spectroscopies, viscometer and GPC. The anticancer drugs were loaded into the poly(organophosphazene) via physical mixing. The poly(organophosphazene) gels showed in vitro controlled release of anticancer drugs for above 30 days under several conditions. |
