제목 Oxidazed chondroitin sulphate, gelatin and biphase calcium phosphate hydrogel composite for bone regeneration
초록 Hydrogels are an appealing scaffold material because they are structurally similar to the extracellular matrix of many tissues, can often be processed under relatively mild conditions, and may be delivered in a minimally invasive manner. In situ composite hydrogels consisted of oxidized chondroitin sulphate, gelatin, biphase calcium phosphate(BCP) were prepared via Schiff-based. Physical showed different behaviors in water absorbance, degradation behavior that depend on content of oxidized chondroitin sulphate. From in vitro study MG63 osteoblast cell, it confirmed oxidized chondroitin sulphate, gelatin, BCP was biocompatible and spreading behavior was well. Oxidized chondroitin sulphate, gelatin, BCP hydrogel composite are a promising material for application in bone regeneration.
