제목 | Synthesis of one-dimensional silica/titania hollow nanorod and its electrorheological performance |
초록 | In this study, we report a preparation method for one-dimensional silica/titania hollow nanorod (1d-STHrod) material. In specific, 1d-STHrod materials are synthesized by sequential combination of modified Stober method, TiO2 sol-gel method, and etching process. As a result,1d-STHrod materials are successfully synthesized with SiO2/TiO2 outermost shell and hollow geometry inside the shell. Also, electro-response activity of 1d-STHrod materials and preliminary materials (1d-Srod, 1d-STrod) are investigated by application of E-field. Accordingly, 1d-STHrod material exhibited the highest ER performance owing to the hollow nature, which effectively increased the dielectric property and dispersion stability compared to 1d-Srod and 1d-STrod materials. |
