제목 High Performance Semi-Transparent Organic Solar Cells with Wavelength-Selective Functions
초록  The semitransparent organic solar cells (ST-OSCs) have been studied for decades with their wide possibility of application in many ways such as large area, flexibility, transparency, and solution processability. State-of-the-art devices are presented high performance over 18% by modifying active layer with several strategies. From the point of devices and aesthetic view, it is fascinating that ST-OSCs have many possibilities for making applications and recording high performance. Many researchers have been developed ST-OSCs by modifying active layer to control the absorption area where was located in the visible region in the solar spectrum. To fabricate the ST-OSCs with high transmittance, wavelength-selective small molecular materials were introduced. Incorporating two different types of donors has attracted attention as improving transmittance and better charge transport property. With this device engineering, this work provides high performance and high AVT values effectively.
