| 제목 | Dual biological effect of hydroxycinnamoyl-amino acid-hydroxamic acid derivatives as antioxidant and tyrosinase inhibitor |
| 초록 | Hydroxycinnamic acids are powerful antioxidants, and have shown synergistically enhanced antioxidant activity when amino acids are conjugated. Hydroxamic acid is a well known metal chelator, and has free radical scavenging activity. Therefore, we tried to make dual effector molecules through conjugation of hydroxycinnamic acid and amino acid-hydroxamic acid(HCA-AA-NHOH), In our presentation, we will discuss the antioxidant activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity of this chimera compound. |
