Optical properties of Multi-dimensional ZnO Hybrid Structure grown on glass substrate by MOCVD |

Multi-dimensional zinc oxide (ZnO) hybrid structure has been grown on glass substrates (Samsung-Corning 0215) by metal organic chemical vapor deposition. The ZnO hybrid structure was composed of ZnO nanorods grown in-situ on the ZnO thin film without catalysts. The ZnO hybrid structure growth was carried out in two steps. At the first step, ZnO film was controlled through changing growth time at 400℃ and then ZnO nanorods growth were carried out at 700℃. To confirm the surface morphology and film thickness Structural characteristic of ZnO hybrid structure was measured by Scanning Electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) respectively. Hall-effect measurement and four-point probe were used to characterize the electrical properties n-type conductivity even in un-doped materials. transmittance and Reflectance were measured by spectrophotometer. As the ZnO film thickness of hybrid structure was decreased, the transmittance increases while the Reflectance decreases. |
