제목 Uniform Formation of a ZnO Thin film via Oxygen Contribution for Efficient Inverted Photovoltaic Cells
초록 In this study, we fabricated efficient inverted organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells with a proper zinc oxide (ZnO) formation under an oxygen environment. The ZnO films are based on a zinc acetate dehydrate precursor solution and were prepared via annealing in an ambient atmosphere. The performance of the inverted OPV cells shows a clear dependence on formation of a ZnO film under ambient conditions (air or argon conditions). We investigated chemical component and crystal structure of ZnO through XPS and XRD. As a result, the power conversion efficiency of the inverted OPV with the ZnO formed in an air condition was 8.45%, compared to a device with ZnO formed in an argon condition (1.82%). Moreover, the device with a ZnO layer formed in an air condition lead to air stability with 80 % sustained efficiency during the 500 hours.
