In this work, we reported a simple approach for synthesis a p-ZnTe/n-ZnO heterojunctions nanorods by double simple hydrothermal methods. Samples were studied by X-ray diffraction, and transmission microscopy which confirms the formation of hetero-nanostructure of ZnTe/ZnO was good crystalline. The ratio of ZnO and tellurium were well modulated by adjusting the amounts of tellurium in hydrothermal experiments, which offers a good sensor property hydrogen sulfide gas sensors. reduced the optimum temperature of NO2 gas sensing from over 200oC to 150oC. While the structure revealed superior sensing performance of good repeatability, stability, linearity, and gas selectivity at 200oC, the mechanism for the p-n junctions functions is analyzed for further information. |
