제목 A study on acetaldehyde adsorption behaviors of impregnated activated carbons
초록 This study evaluated the effects of various impregnation on the acetaldehyde removal behaviors of modified activated carbon (MAC). The surface and pore characteristics of the MAC were examined using a scanning electron microscope and N2/77K adsorption isotherms, respectively. The generation of quinoline derivatives through the Doebner-Miller reaction between the impregnation agent and acetaldehyde was observed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Acetaldehyde adsorption behaviors of the MAC were detected using a detecting tube technique.
