제목 Emulsion Polymerization of Acrylic Rubbers
초록 The emulsion polymerization of acrylate rubbers have been carried out in a semibatch process. Effects of monomer composition, surfactant type and composition, initiator type and composition have been studied in terms of particle size and its distribution, conversion, molecular weight and its distribution, glass transition temperature etc. It was found that the optimum conditions for the conversion greatly depend on the surfactant and initiator type and concentrations, while the glass transition temperature of the copolymer acrylate generally followed the Fox equation.
