Catbon nano fibers(CNFs) with platelet structure have been prepared liquid phase carbonization with anodized alumina template. Porous anodic alumina template was anodized in oxalic acid at 40V, and carried out pore-widen process in phosphoric acid at room temperature. Further, carbon precursor was carbonized and annealed at high temperature with anodic alumina template. In this study, the CNFs have been examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to compare the morphology property and x-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to analyze the internal structure of CNFs. Electrochemical properties was investigated by charge/discharge test. |
