제목 Fabrication and characterization of Sr0.92Y0.08TiO3 anode-supported
초록 Sr0.92Y0.08TiO3(SYT) perovskite was investigated as an alternative anode material for solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs). SYT was synthesized by pechini method and YSZ thin films for electrolytes were coated on the SYT substrates using dip-coating method. In the previous work, we confirmed that a limited amount of Ti ions in the SYT anode diffused into the YSZ electrolytes(~1.4mm). It was very important that Ti ions were diffused from SYT to YSZ layers with decreasing the thickness of the YSZ layers. In this work, we focused on the fabrication of SYT anode-supported SOFCs and the way to block the Ti diffusion from SYT to YSZ layers.
