제목 A structure of ZnO-receptor and CNT-transducer for H2 sensing at room temperature  
초록 A chemical gas sensor of networked ZnO/CNT composites based on separately receptor and transducer is proposed that leverages Hydrogen sensing at room temperature. The channel conductivity of CNT-transducer can be modulated by deposited-ZnO particles, in which a suitable channel of CNT displays the maximized response. Both pure-CNT and the composite show the best response at room temperature in terms of working temperature, while pure-CNT shows quite poor response. When ZnO layer is efficiently thick, ZnO becomes a predominant transducer that the sensing behaviour is such as a pure-ZnO sensor. CNTs are fabricated by the arc-discharge method and then decorated-ZnO onto CNT is made by sputtering method following by oxidation process. The morphology and structural properties are examined by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope.
