제목 | Emitting Materials for Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes: Effect of Structural Isomers |
초록 | To be efficient TADF emitting materials, the energy gap between singlet excited state and triplet excited state should be small enough to occur RISC at room temperature. In this study, a strategy for designing highly efficient thermally activated delayed fluorescence ( TADF ) emitters was reported. We designed two isomeric new molecules with donor-acceptor type structure. Acridine and benzothiazole moieties were selected as donor and acceptor, respectively. The chemical structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, Mass spectroscopy. Electro-optical characteristics were confirmed by UV-vis spectroscopy, cyclic-voltammetry and Photoluminescence. Using two isomeric materials, we have tried to improve quantum efficiency of TADF devices. |
