Synthesis of the composite electrolyte from Na+-β/β''-alumina and YSZ by vapor phase reaction |
| 초록 |
Na+-β/β〃-alumina/YSZ(Yittria stabilized zirconia) composites were synthesized using vapor phase synthesis. The mixture powder of α-alumina and YSZ was ball-milled and pressed by uniaxial pressing. Fabicated matrix was sintered at 1600 oC. The sintered matrix was converted Na+-β/β〃-alumina/YSZ composite by exposed to a vapor of Na2O from packing powder of Na+-β/β〃-alumina at 1450 ~ 1500 oC. The property of fabricated composites was analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDX and impedance analyzer. |
