제목 비수용성 소듐이온 하이브리드 커패시터의 최근 동향
초록 The energy demand necessities the new storage devices with simultaneous high energy - high power - long cycle combination at a low cost.
We developed a new sodium-ion hybrid capacitor (NHC) employing Na3V2(PO4)3 as anode and bio-mass derived carbon as cathode. The devices combines the benefits of battery and capacitor to achieve high energy (118 Wh kg-1) and power (850 W kg-1) along with high stability, outperforming lithium analogues. In order to further push the performance, we have successfully employed graphene nanosheets as cathode and achieved a power of 8 kW kg-1 along with 90% retention after 75,000 cycles. We analyzed a quasi-solid state NIC with high mass loading (5 mg cm-2) to achieve an energy of ~89 Wh L-1 and a power of ~9.4 kW L-1 to overcome the volumetric and safety issues. We have also developed a conceptually new organic NHC employing metal free, and eco-friendly organic compounds to host ions which are highly competitive against conventional metal containing NHCs.
