Nanomedicine-based therapeutics via circulating system |
초록 |
Nanomedicine has been an emerging interdisciplinary field including nanoscience and nanotechnology, and bio-medical science. It deals with facilitative medicines to improve the therapeutic effects of drugs and also biomaterials to be used for diagnosis and therapeutics. The preparation and synthesis of nanomedicines has been developed to provide improved bioavailability and therapeutic results. Nowadays, materials for nanomedicines have been replaced by natural or biomimetic materials to achieve the safety goals that can be applied to clinical purposes for human health. Several case studies on hyperthermic treatment using inorganic nanomaterials, and regulatory effect of organic exosomes via circulatory systems are presented in this study. And toxicological aspects of nanomedicines will be also discussed. |
