Dielectric and Mechanical Properties of Epoxy Resin Systems Modified by Poly(phenylene oxide) |
초록 |
The epoxy resin systems modified by poly(phenylene oxide) (PPO) were specifically prepared and evaluated mainly in the aspect of dielectric property for the application. PPO was added additionally to the base epoxy resin in order to achieve the improvement of the dielectric property of matrix resin system. PPO modifiers used in the experiments have the number average molecular weight of 1800, 3000 and 7000g/mole respectively. The results observed in this study implies that the new developed epoxy resin/PPO blending system can be a predominant matrix rein material of the laminate for printed circuit board with its excellent and controllable dielectric property. This was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2016. |
