제목 In-Situ Polymerization Nanocomposite of Boron Doped Graphene/Polyimide: Its Physical Properties Study
초록 Boron doped graphene/Polyimide (bG/PI) nanocomposite was synthesized by in-situ polymerization method. The precursor for bG/PI nanocomposite, bG/PAA nanocomposite synthesized using pyromellitic diahydride (PMDA), 4,4-oxydianiline (ODA) and small amount of bG dispersion in N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). After then, the bG/PI nanocomposite film was obtained by the solution casting (thickness, cat. 0.50 um) and thermal imidization method at 300 ℃. In this study, we will demonstrate physical properties of bG/PI nanocomposite film improved.
