Laser writing with high power allows for rapid, continuous and area-selective material fabrication especially in display applications. Grapehe, typical two-dimensional material, have remarkable physical properties that we can use the laser processing. Here, we demonstrate an area-selective ultrafast nanofabrication method using low intensity infraed laser irradiation to direct the self-assembly of block copolymer film into highly ordered architectures at the scale below 12nm. This method uses principle of block copolymers transition across the disorder-order under large thermal gradient, and we use chemically modified graphene films as the light-absorbing layers for transparent, and flexible substrate. |
