Control of Optical Properties of Hydrophobic Films by Different Coating factors |

To resolve optical properties of hydrophobic films based on silica, we investigated a verity of film-coating factors by control of silica contents, a number of layers, film thickness and substrate thickness. In particularly, the improved coated film condition was fabricated more clear film with double layers than one with the single layer. Further, the thicker the substrate, the better the physical properties. |
