제목 REVERSIBLE CROSS-LINKED pH-SENSITIVE CATIONIC NANOGELS
초록 In this research, a hydrophilic cationic copolymer, methoxy-b- poly{N-[N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-aminoethyl]-L-glutamate} (MPEG-b-PNLG), was synthesized and cross-linked via pH-sensitive linker terephthalaldehyde. Benzoic imine bonds make these nanoparticles to be stable under physical conditions, whereas they are quickly hydrolyzed under mildly acidic condition induce the dissociation of nanogel. Indomethcin was employed as model drug to estimate the drug loading-capability as well as ability of control release.
