제목 Thermal, Electrical and Mechanical Characteristics of Carbon Modified Epoxy Resin
초록 The material with carbon fillers generally shows high electrical and/or thermal conductivity and superior mechanical properties, so it can be used in various fields. Since carbon black, CNT, and graphene as a carbon filler are expected to show different properties owing to their shape and following dispersion morphology, the composite morphology should be studies in order to improve the physical properties. In this study, various carbon fillers were used in order to reinforce the epoxy resin. The effect of carbon fillers on the cure kinetics and chemorheology during cure were studied by using DSC and rheometer. The electrical and mechanical properties with carbon fillers were also investigated.
