제목 Durability and Easy-cleaning Properties of the Superhydrophobic Surface coated with Fluoro-containing Silica Nanoparticle.
초록 Superhydrophobicity to give water repellency and easy-cleaning properties on substrates like polymer coated layer, silicon wafer and metals has been claimed the attention from the various industrial fields. Lowering the surface free enegy is the one strategy which can be easily achieved by applying fluoro-containing polymers, in this case, surface modified-silica nanoparticles. For the purpose of maintaing the easy-cleaning property coming with superhydrophobicity, curing and annealing process would be followed after the coating with spraying or solution-dipping method onto the substrate. Self-cleaning behavior and durability performance over time was tested by water-jet impact test method.
