제목 Surfactant free nanoparticle growth over a carbon fabric for better foldable supercapacitor application
초록 Very stable metal oxide (MO) nanoparticles were grown over the conductive carbon fabric (CCF) without using any surfactants or additives of any sorts by electrochemical deposition followed by the conventional hydrothermal method. Tunable nanoparticle shape and size were obtained by varying the reaction time and temperature. Excellent electrochemical performance is observed from thus synthesized MO-CCF electrode. Outstanding capacity retention (over 95%) of the electrode was observed even after 10,000 repetitive charge-discharge cycles. A Greener nanomaterial synthesis process with a cost and time-efficient approach has been developed and presented as an excellent supercapacitor energy storage candidate.
