제목 Growth of various metal oxide nanostructures by gradient of thermal expansion coefficient
초록 When the nanostructure is formed, the physical, chemical, electrical, and optical properties of the material change dramatically compared to the bulk. The properties of these nanostructures are used in various sensors such as gases, optics, and liquids. Nanostructures are synthesized by various techniques such as evaporation, vapor-liquid-solid growth (VLS), electrochemical deposition, and colloid dispersion, but there are disadvantages that it is difficult to control the density and length of the nanostructure, and additional processes such as catalyst film deposition are required. In order to compensate for this problem, in previous studies, the WO3 nanostructure was grown using the thermal expansion coefficient, and it was used as a UV sensor. Based on the ideas of previous research, this study confirms the formation of nanostructures due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients of various metal oxides. And we will try to utilize the nanostructures as sensors by measuring the electrical and optical properties of the formed nanostructures.
