제목 Red emitting and electron transport properties of bis(10-hydroxybenzo[h]quinolinato)beryllium, Be(bq)2 in OLED
초록 Metalchelate complexes are often used as a carrier transport material in OLEDs, because they have a good carrier transport property. Many attempts have focused on metal chelate complex EL property since tris(8-hydroxyquinolinate)aluminum(Alq3) have shown excellent emitting and  good electron transport property.  However, the mobility of Alq3 is lower than that of hole transport materials, such as NPB and TPD. So we have synthesized metal chelate complex, bis(10-hydroxybenzo[h]quinolinato)beryllium (Be(bq)2) and compared EL performance with conventional Alq3 in Red OLED.
