제목 Development of chemotherapy using eGaIn particles with a phospholipid bilayer that targets folate receptors
초록 Liquid metal generally refers to metals that are liquid at room temperature. There are several types, but among them, eutectic Gallium Indium (eGaIn) has properties such as flexibility, low toxicity, biocompatibility, and photothermal, and is used in various fields. When LMPs (liquid metal particles) By forming a surface film using phospholipids on the particle surface, the stability of LMP is improved, and its role as a drug carrier and its use through surface modification can be expected.LMPs was loaded with commonly used doxorubicin, and to increase cancer targeting efficiency, DSPC and DSPE-PEG5000-folate are used on the phospholipid membrane to target folate receptors that are expressed on the cancer surface. When the NIR laser was irradiated using the photothermal characteristics of liquid metal, the temperature change according to the size of LMP was confirmed.Through this, the stability of LMPs is improved and used as a drug carrier, and temperature rise, and drug delivery can be expected to be improved through NIR irradiation. In addition, NIR is investigated at an appropriate time to increase retention through blood vessel blocking and improve drug delivery.
