제목 Fabrication of PLGA/HA composite nanofiber webs using electrospining technique for development of bone regenerating and filling materials
초록 Composite nanofibers mats of poly (lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and short hydroxyapatite (HA) fibers were prepared by electrospining technique. First poly vinylpyrolidone (PVP) and HA composite were prepared via electrospining. The PVP/HA composite nanofiber mats were calcined at 700oC to decompose PVP and residual organic compounds. The calcined samples were then chopped via planetary ball mill to get short length HA nanofibers. The short length HA nanofibers in different wt% ratio were then suspended in PLGA polymer solution and were electrospun. The composite nanofibers mats of PLGA/HA were confirmed by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron microscope (XPS). The potential of the PLGA/HA composite nanofiber mats as bone scaffolds in terms of the adhesion, proliferation and differentiation was assessed by osteoblastic cells.
