제목 Control of nanopore in cellulose acetate containing Glycerin by water pressure treatment
초록 Nano pore in cellulose acetate polymers were generated by utilizing water-pressure and humectant. When cellulose acetate polymer membrane that was fabricated with glycerin as an additive was exposed to water pressure, It depends on the pressure applied by the nano pores. As a result, plasticization occurs in which the chain was weakened at the CA chain portion in which glycerin was dispersed in the water, so that the nano pores could be easily generated by using the hydraulic pressure. We found that pore size and numbers of nano pore could be easily controlled by adjusting the water pressure. Generated pores in CA polymers were confirmed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and porosimeter. The coordinate interactions between CA polymers and humectant were investigated by FT-IR and TGA analysis.
