제목 | Preparation of Single Crystalline Gold Thin Film Using Gold nanosheets. |
초록 | There have been many methods for preparing single crystalline gold thin film because it is chemically inert and has the high conductivity. Especially, due to the property of gold having the strong attraction to the sulfur atom, gold surface is widely used in the biological field. However, the cost of the preparing the single crystalline surface is high and the processes are so complex. We obtained single crystalline gold surface using gold nanosheets. The gold nanosheets are synthesized over than 90% yield using polymeric surfactants in bulk phase. They were found to be single crystalline. Through the charge-charge interaction between functionalized gold nanosheets and APS (3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) on Si wafer, we obtained the single crystalline gold thin film easily. The details of the dry method and results will be given in the meeting. |
