White Organic Light Emitting Diodes (WOLEDs) using Phosphorescent (P) blue-Fluorescent (F) red and F blue-F red emitters |
| 초록 |
White Organic Light Emitting Diodes (WOLEDs) have drawn increasing attention as a solid-state light source and backlights in liquid-crystal display (LCD). But, WOLEDs are still limited to apply display market due to low efficiency and short life time. Thus, the structures and materials for WOLEDs have been studied by many research groups to solve those problems. In this letter, phosphorescent blue fluorescent red and fluorescent blue - fluorescent red were made for highly efficiency WOLED as a dopant respectively. |
