제목 Synthesis and Characterization to Improve Enzyme Immobilizing Hydrogel for Biosensor in Continuous Glucose Monitoring System
초록 This study aims to the synthesized enzyme-fixed hydrogel used for the biosensor of the automatic and continuous glucose monitoring system, without drawing blood sampling, which utilizes reverse iontophoresis. With acrylate monomers, hydrogel was synthesized to which a certain unit of enzyme is fixed and add to hydroxylpropylmethylcellulose phthalate (HPMCP) for improving performance. The component and morphological characterizations of the synthesized hydrogel were performed by fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The physicochemical characterization of the hydrogel was performed by universal test machine (UTM), and the activation of the enzyme was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis). In addition, electrochemical characterization of biosensor was verified to use chronoamperometry method of electrochemical analyzer.
